Section 3 – Personalized Products and POD Business Model
The products offered on this site are made through print-on-demand (POD), meaning they are customized and produced only after an order is placed.
- According to Article 16(c) of OUG No. 34/2014, personalized products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery errors.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order (e.g., sizes, design, colors).
Section 4 – Pricing Policy and Billing
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in:
- EUR (Euro) – the main currency for international transactions.
- RON (Romanian Leu) – the main currency for Romanian buyers.
- Other Currencies: For international customers, prices may automatically display in the local currency (e.g., USD – US Dollar, GBP – British Pound, CAD – Canadian Dollar, etc.) through Shopify’s currency conversion tools and third-party applications. Conversion is based on current exchange rates.
Transactions and Billing:
- Orders are processed and billed in EUR or RON, depending on the user’s preference and location.
- The selected currency during checkout will appear on the issued invoice.
- We reserve the right to modify product prices without prior notice.
Section 5 – Placing Orders
- Adding products to the shopping cart does not guarantee their availability.
- An order is considered complete only after full payment is confirmed.

- Products are delivered internationally using our partner courier services.
- The estimated delivery time is between 5-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Personalized products cannot be returned under current legislation (OUG No. 34/2014, Article 16).
Exceptions:
- Products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
- Incorrectly delivered products.
For accepted returns, we offer the following options:
- Exchange for a new product.
- Voucher for future purchases.
