Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Exceptions for Personalized Products

All our products are made-to-order using a print-on-demand (POD) model. According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Romania as OUG 34/2014), personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the following cases:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
  2. The product has not been worn, used, or washed.
  3. It is returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (all items in our store).
  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, please contact us at pixelsignature.store@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A description of the issue.
  3. Photos showing any damage or defects.

If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Alternative Options

If your product is eligible for return due to an error on our part, we offer the following options:

  1. Exchange for a new product.
  2. Replacement with a store voucher for future purchases.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, this does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products, as stated under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
